This workshop will focus on the fundamental elements of Vinyasa yoga. Often, practitioners become fixated on the final positions of asanas, paying less attention to the transitions that connect each pose. In this session, we will explore the principles that allow for a seamless integration of movement between asanas, fostering a sense of fluidity and grace.
Participants will gain insight into various movement patterns that enhance the practice, along with an introduction to subtle energetic techniques that support this fluidity. The workshop is suitable for all levels of ability, offering a space for both beginners and experienced practitioners to deepen their understanding of movement within the practice of Vinyasa.

Bio:

Mitch´s classes are inspired and developed through a combined practice of Jivamukti and Ashtanga Yoga. Movement and Breath are used as primary tools to harmonise the Body and Mind. Our sacred connection to the Breath is given the priority throughout all of Mitch’s classes. Understanding mindfulness to establish a strong foundation of inner peace is the outcome of consistent, regular and devoted practice. Using the asana to develop deep states of concentration.
