We are excited to welcome Guest Teacher Conor Byrnes, Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, based in Paris.
Conor will teach ordinary drop in-classes and workshop from September 2nd – 7th.

From Breath to Spirit – Transcendental experience through asana, intention, and pranayama

Expand into limitless peace and space with a transformative yoga workshop that blends asana, intention, and breathwork to unlock a transcendental experience. Through a mindful flow of postures, you’ll align body and spirit, while focused intention deepens your connection to your inner self. This workshop offers a sacred space to elevate your practice, transcend the limitations of ego, and awaken to the divine within.

Intensive breathwork involves deep and rhythmic breathing techniques that can induce powerful emotional and physical responses. This practice may not be suitable for individuals with cardiovascular conditions, respiratory issues and pregnancy.

Bio:

Conor was raised in the United States and served two years in Senegal for as a member of the United States Peace Corps before moving to Berlin. Conor’s love for yoga began at the age of 18 and has since been his great joy and guide. His teachers have instilled in him a deep belief in the transformative power of asana and meditation, as well as the expansion of compassion and insight through embodied experience.

Conor received his Master’s degree in neuropsychology in 2022 from Humboldt Universität, Berlin. He aims to integrate current scientific understanding with classical spiritual wisdom in order to help foster a collective sense of peace and freedom from sorrow. Conor has had the good fortune to study with Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David and completed his apprenticeship under the guidance of Anja Kühnel. He has been an Advanced Certified teacher since 2021 and cherishes the opportunity to share such an integrative and powerful form of yoga with such a rich and loving community.
